We also offer laybuy on all items over $200.00 and must be paid within 4 months, once complete payment has been made all items will be shipped along with receipts.  Please email us for more information and the product you are interested in purchasing.  

No interest will be charged on all laybuys.

You cannot change your mind on laybuys unless we authorise this action.

 
RETURN POLICY
 
This return policy is applicable to all products with the exception of cell phones and cell phone accessories.  We have NO RETURN policy on cell phones and cell phone accessories unless not opened and in original packaging.
 
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products except for items listed in the Exception Section. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise and must be un-opened and not damaged, a 20% stocking fee applies.

Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
 
What is your return policy on Cell Phones and Cell Phone Accessories?
 
This policy is applicable ONLY to the return of cell phones and cell phone accessories. This policy will not apply to any other merchandise in our product catalogue provided to you (the customer) by us (Wholesale Distribution Inc).

Exception Section - Items Not Covered Under this return policy:
 
Olevia brand TVs - are covered by Manufacturer's warranty.
New Olevia TVs come with one year Manufacturer's warranty, serviced at Customer's location.
Reconditioned Olevia TVs come with 90 days Manufacturer's warranty, serviced direct with the manufacturer.
You need to register with Olevia within one month of the purchase to be eligible for warranty coverage.
Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer's warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective customer will need to contact Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns"; section.
Items may be returned only with prior authorization.
 
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

 

Unwanted Returns

Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (XRMA#). Merchandise must be in the unused condition only and not opened.

Money Back

We will refund the total amount paid if:

  • within 3 days you have made an incorrect purchase and item is unopen
  • the item is sold out and you do not want any other item that is available on offer
  • you have made a purchase and within 3 days you have changed your mind
  • you have emailed us within 3 days to cancel your order
For any of the above reasons will be accepted and full refund of the purchase amount will be credited back to you.

 

Refused Delivery:

Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Unwanted Returns”, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a store credit will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.

 

Defective Items: 

A customer must return merchandise at their expense within 30 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA and automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.

 

If the return has been received to our warehouse after 30 days from the original day of the receipt of the merchandise, it will be sent to the Member at their expense.

All reimbursements are done in the form of a company credit which can be used towards new orders. Member may request a refund back to the credit card in which case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.  Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card.
